When I was ready to buy a home, I was not sure about how to look.  At first, I ventured out to explore on my own.  After several weeks, my sister, who had just purchased a home, recommended her agent.  She said she was "tuned in to her buyers".  Michelle was very knowledgable of the market, energetic and thorough.  She provided me with previous sales and statistics on the houses we visited.  She was constantly in search of my specific house, based on a list I carefully compiled on what kind of things I considered a plus.  Three days after my phone call, we were scheduled to view 6 or 7 houses.  I had the advantage of making a list of preferences from the dozens of ads by using the emails she sent to me.  This allowed me to view many areas of the inside of each home.  Our search was so pleasant.  She was courteous and helpful in advising me of certain key facts about real estate.  I took my time and found exactly what I wanted.  I am so happy in my new home thanks to Michelle. -  Christina Catalanotto
